Karachi: It is expected that Shaheen Shah Afridi will welcome soon a little guest arrival in his home.
The fast bowler owing to birth of his first guest can miss first test against Bangladesh while the head coach of Pakistan Jason Gillipsy has also confirmed.
It is likely that young players will be given chances dropping of Baber Azam and Muhammad Rizwan.
According to Jason Gilipsi apprised that birth of a child expected in house of Shaheen Shah Afridi within a few weeks. Hence he wants to be with his wife in a traditional manner so we can givem him a rest.
Head coach further apprised that Shan Masood will lead test team of the country while he met with Baber Azam in Lahore.
It is merit to mention here that Bangladesh cricket team will arrive Pakistan in the third week of August.
The test matches are part of the World Test Championship while Bangladesh team will play two test matches.
The first test will be played from August 21 to August 25 at Rawalpindi while Pakistan and Bangladesh will face each other in second test on August 30 to September 3 at Karachi.
