ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court of Islamabad has extended the interim bail of former Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser in the 26 no Chongi vandalism case.
ATC judge Abul Hasanat Zulqarnain heard the pre-arrest bail application against leader PTI in the case of 26 number Chongi vandalism. Asad Qaiser wasn’t appeared in court, Meanwhile the lawyer Ayesha Khalid appeared in the court.
During the hearing, lawyer Ayesha Khalid requested for exemption from Asad Qaiser’s presence, which the court granted and extended PTI leader’s interim bail till February 14.
It should be remembered that, case was registered against Asad Qaiser in Sangjani police station.
