Islamabad: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly (NA) Omar Ayub has said that black laws are being passed in the country.
Addressing a presser with other leaders of the party including Chairman Barrister Gohar Khan in Islamabad on Friday, today, the PTI leader said that the judiciary was weakened first now it will be rubbed.
Omar Ayub said that we rejected the government measures.
He said that after the approval of the PECA amendment act 2025, journalists will be chained.
He said that on one side Prime Minister says that he will make digital Pakistan on the other side they shut the internet in the country.
Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar said that the constitution reads that the NA session will be held 130 days but here the session just held for 90 days.
Gohar Khan said that the NA approved 37 bills and no discussion was held on any law. He said that today 8 laws were approved in just 11 minutes adding that these were laws which were rejected by the President.
Senator Shibli Faraz said that our members are silent on these bills while he said that the laws are to be followed which were taken in independent manner.
The people sitting in the government on the fake mandate have no care for the people, he said.
