Muzzafarabad: The children have gotten a chance to enjoy sleeping in warm blankets for more days as the government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir has extended winter vacation holidays.
The AJK government has announced that the winter vacation has increased by 10 days from January 5 to January 15.
“Winter vacations in schools throughout AJK have been extended owing to intense cold and smog”, the notification reads.
The government has also issued a notification in this regard.
The notification apprised that action will be taken against those schools that will not follow the government orders.
