Islamabad: A district and session court of Islamabad has ordered releasing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founding chairman Imran Khan and other leaders in a bail petition of the case registered for violation of section 144, amplifier act.
Judicial Magistrate Yasir Mahmood heard the bail petition of case registered against the PTI leadership and Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed in the violation of section 144 and amplifier act.
Judge Yasir Mahmood pronouncing the verdict of the case set free founding chairman of the PTI Imran Khan, Asad Qaiser, Saif Ullah Niazi, Sheikh Rasheed, Sadaqat Abbassi, Faisal Javed Khan and Ali Nawaz.
The FIR of the case was registered on August 20, 2022 in police station Abpara.
