Dollar decreased by 12 paisa in interbank market

KARACHI: At the start of business in the interbank market, a decrease of 12 paisa has been recorded in the value of the US dollar against the Pakistani rupee.

In the interbank market, the price of the dollar has recorded a decrease of 12 paisa at the start of trading.

According to the Exchange Companies Association, after this reduction, the dollar’s price in the interbank market has come down to 280 rupees and 10 paisa.

Yesterday, at the close of trading, the dollar’s rate was 280 rupees and 22 paisa.

It is noteworthy that there has been a fluctuation in the dollar’s price over the past few weeks. While a decrease in the dollar’s price is recorded at the start of trading, in most cases, the rates tend to rise by the end of the trading day. This is why the dollar’s price continues to remain above 280 rupees.
