Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif today (Thursday) chaired important meeting with key ministers of his cabinet. The huddle discussed the Panama leaks and strategy to tackle it.
The meeting was attended by Minister for finance, Ishaq Dar, Minister for Information Pervez Rasheed, Law Minister Zahid Hamid, Railway Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique and other high officials.
The PM was briefed on expected commission for investigation into the Panama leaks. The meeting also considered future strategy to tackle the issue.
Sources said that the huddle was informed that the government was seriously thinking for formation of high level commission, while the meeting also discussed possible name and terms of reference for the commission.
