JEDDAH: Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua said that conflicts among the nations in today’s world resolved through talks instead of war and war hysteria.
Tehmina Janjua was addressing hurriedly called meeting of coordination committee on Kashmir of Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC) in Jeddah.
The meeting was called on Pakistani request over Indian propaganda and threats of aggression after the Pulwama attack and Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir while President Azad Jammu Kashmir specially attended the moot.
Tehmina Janjua said that India did not want to hear any talk of OIC and any human rights body adding that premier Imran Khan in his first speech invited India for talks but India on daily basis was committing atrocities in Occupied Kashmir.
She said that India was spreading hatred against Pakistan among its masses and not only threatened Pakistan but it also infiltrated Pakistani airspace early in the morning on Tuesday (today).
The foreign secretary thanked OIC over hurriedly calling the moot of the coordination committee on Kashmir.
She demanded OIC and United Nations to take strict notice of India’s spreading of war hysteria and rigid attitude and bigotry.
Despite having a strong army Pakistan never ever thought of war only solution to disputes while Pakistan always wished that India to solve issues on table through talks, she added.
President AJK, Masood Khan in his address thanked OIC over its ever condemnation of Indian atrocities in Occupied Kashmir while he stressed that all international bodies should force India to come to talks for resolving long standing disputes as war is not solution to any problem.
Pakistani ambassador to Saudi Arabia was also present in the meeting.
