Fast Bowler Mohammed Amir has got the British visa, after which he has been added in 17-member national cricket team final Test squad for England trip.
According to sources, British High Commission has issued visa to Fast Bowler Mohammed Amir, after which he will depart for England along with Pakistani team on June 18. PCB submitted a separate request to British High Commission for visa of Fast Bowler.
It must be pertinent to recall that Mohammed Amir had been sentenced for 10 years in England in spot fixing case in the year 2010, after which he was exiled. According to British rules, any person being sentenced will not be able to avail British visa, hence special permission required in this connection.
