Hafeez Confident of Clearing Bowling Action Test

Web Desk : All-rounder Mohammad Hafeez is confident that he will clear bowling action test scheduled for Nov 1, as the all-rounder was reported for the third time for suspected bowling action in recently concluded series against Sri Lanka.

Hafeez, was reported for suspect bowling action during the recently concluded ODI series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka. The assessment of his bowling action, at the ICC accredited laboratory in Loughborough, is likely on November 1st.

On his bowling action, Hafeez further said while delivering the ball, he tries to utilise the allotted elbow-extension limit of 15 degrees. “The bend, in my elbow, will always remain because I keep the 15-degree leverage in mind while bowling”, Hafeez explained.

Mohammad Hafeez hoped he will clear the test and resume bowling, without which, he said, he feels incomplete.

“I still feel there is no issue and I am personally very confident about the (bowling action) test”, Hafeez concluded.
