Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday disposed of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi petition to shift her to jail from her Bani Gala residence.
A single member bench of IHC comprising Justice Gul Hassan Aurangzaib heard the petiton today.
The Judge took the decision over not following the case. While the court also expressed its anger on absence of lawyers.
Justice Gul Hassan Aurangzaib remarked that he also doesn’t want she goes to jail from her home.
