WEB DESK: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi met with Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and extended Eid ul-Fitr greetings to him.
A statement released by the Prime Minister’s Office mentioned that the Interior Minister informed the Prime Minister about the progress of security measures in the country as well as the progress regarding the repatriation of Afghan nationals.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif expressed satisfaction, particularly regarding the law and order situation in the country during the occasion of Eid ul-Fitr. The meeting also included discussions on various matters related to the respective ministry.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has reiterated his commitment to supporting the development of Balochistan, emphasizing that it is a key priority for the federal government.
During a meeting with Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti, who extended Eidul Fitr greetings to the prime minister, discussions focused on the province’s economic, social, and law-and-order challenges, alongside ongoing federal development initiatives.
Chief Minister Bugti provided the prime minister with updates on various development projects currently underway in Balochistan.
Acknowledging the importance of these initiatives, Prime Minister Sharif assured that his administration would take all necessary measures to advance the development agenda in the province, reinforcing the government’s dedication to addressing the needs and aspirations of the people of Balochistan.
