ISLAMABAD: Pakistan rejects Indian media’s allegations and propaganda, says Foreign Office spokesperson.
In a statement issued by the Foreign Office spokesperson, Pakistan categorically rejected the claims related to incidents in Pathankot, Jaisalmer, and Srinagar, describing them as baseless and unsubstantiated.
The spokesperson criticized the claims, asserting that they were made without proper investigation and reflected a “thoughtless and planned approach” aimed at destabilizing the region. “The purpose of these allegations is to create a pretext for aggression and to undermine regional peace,” the Foreign Office emphasized.
Expressing concern over India’s conduct, the spokesperson described such actions as “highly dangerous and irresponsible,” calling on international organizations to scrutinize India’s behavior. Pakistan reaffirmed its commitment to protecting its sovereignty and regional stability, stating it will respond firmly to any acts of aggression.
Pakistan also made clear that it would not be intimidated by provocation, threats, or misleading campaigns, asserting its right to defend its national integrity. The Foreign Office concluded by warning that Pakistan remains prepared to respond appropriately to any hostile actions, emphasizing the importance of regional peace and stability.
