Supreme Court (SC) has summoned Chairman National Data Base Registration Authority (NADRA) on June 3 with forensic report of NA-110.
Hearing of NA-110 forensic report case was held by three member bench in chair of chief justice of Pakistan, Anwar Zaheer Jamali.
During the hearing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Usman Dar’s counsel argued that the court had ordered on January 19 to submit the report within three months. But the report was not submitted after passing of three months. Now Chairman NADRA has announced on social networking site twitter that the report will be submitted on June 6.
Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali in his remarks said that how chairman Nadra could himself decide to extend date.
The Court has summoned chairman Nadra along with report on June 3.
