Karachi: Provincial Information and Transport Minister Sindh Sharjeel Inam Memon apprised that 11 street criminals were killed in April and seven others were apprehended in injured conditions.
Holding a presser today, Sharjeel Memon said that the biggest challenge is of illegal immigrants.
The Information Minister Sindh informed that a large number of arrested are illegal immigrants.
He said that the caretaker set up tried to vacate the city from the illegal immigrants.He claimed that the law and order situation has improved in Kacha areas and we would control it soon.
He apprised that the police and rangers operations are continued in Kacha areas while home minister Zia Lanjar and Inspector General (IG) Sindh are busy in the field.
Sharjeel Memon said that Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has kept eye on the operation.
He informed that 13 abductees were recovered within 15 days while six people were saved from honey trapping.
He expressing determination said that anyone involved in supporting the robbers an action would be taken against him.
