LAHORE: The Pakistani showbiz industry is mourning the loss of Altaf Hussain, one of the celebrated film directors who breathed his last on September 16, 2024.
Altaf Hussain was a big name in Lollywood as he directed over eighty films and was recently working on his latest project, Tere Pyaar Nu Salam.
With a prolific career spanning over several decades, Hussain directed more than 80 films, leaving an indelible mark on both Punjabi and Urdu cinema.
His notable works include iconic films such asDhi Rani, Mehndi, Rani Beti Raj Kare Gi, Ek Pagal Si Dalki, Sahib Ji, Mard Sala Sahib, Dunya, Char Khon Ke Payase, Hasan Ka Choor, Men Don’t Let Live, and Chaudhry Badshah.
His films were celebrat for their engaging narratives and memorable performances, cementing his legacy in the industry.
