Islamabad/Karachi/Lahore/Peshawar/Quetta: A 15 nominated banks will start receiving Hajj applications today, Monday across the country.
According to the Religious Affairs Ministry spokesperson, every applicant must have to submit a sum of Rs 200000 while second installment will be received after a draw.
From February 1st to February 10 everyone has to submit all the dues mandatory, the spokesman added
The spokesman added that allocated quota for the government Hajj scheme is 89,605.
On the other hand, patient suffering serious disease will not be allowed to perform Hajj while advance stage pregnant women will also not be permitted for Hajj journey, the spokesperson informed.
Moreover, less than 12 years old children will also not be allowed for going to Hajj, the spokesman adds.
According to spokesman of religious ministry a 5000 seats are allocated for sponsorship scheme for overseas Pakistanis.
