ISLAMABAD: In response to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest, Islamabad police have mobilized a significant force, deploying personnel and containers to key locations, including D-Chowk and various major roads.
All station house officers (SHOs) and additional law enforcement officials are stationed at D-Chowk to ensure preparedness. A large-scale police march, involving 1,400 officers and personnel, is set to take place on foot from Express Chowk to China Chowk.
To prevent any disruptions, containers have been strategically positioned along key routes, including Zero Point and Srinagar Highway. SSP Operations, Arslan Shahzaib, is also on-site, overseeing the security measures. The authorities are taking robust and comprehensive steps to manage the situation and control the PTI protest.
