Petrol price likely to increase for first fortnightly of December

Islamabad: It is feared that petrol prices to be increased for the first fortnightly of December owing to changes in the international oil market in the last 12 days.

Sources said that petrol prices can be uptick by Rs 3 per litre from December 1 to 15. while high speed diesel can also be increased by Rs 2.90.

Whereas prices of kerosene oil and light diesel oil prices to be remained unchanged, the sources said.

Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) will send its working on November 30 to the government.

The finance ministry will also determine oil prices as per the international market on November 30 while it will also hold consultation with premier.

With the approval of the PM final notification will be issued.
