Lahore: Secretary General of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Salman Akram Raja has resigned from his party position.
The PTI had appointed Salman Akram Raja relpacing Omar Ayub while formal notification was not issued regarding his appointment.
Salman Akram Raja has sent his resignation to the party leadership. Citing reasons for his resignation he said that he has resigned from his post after continues criticism on him.
On the other hand Chairman PTI Barrister Gohar has refused accepting his refusal for working on his post. He has directed Salman Akram Raja to continue work on his post.
Chairman said that Imran Khan has not demanded any resignation from any person.
