Web desk: Australian cricketer Travis Head and India’s Mohammad Siraj are likely to be punished for violating the code of conduct.
Australia chased down the target of 19 runs without losing a wicket on the third day of the second Test played in Adelaide on Sunday.
However, during the match, after dismissing Australian batsman Travis Head for 140 runs, Mohammad Siraj celebrated in an outrageous manner, in response to which Travis Head also behaved inappropriately.
Mohammad Siraj was also criticised by former Australian cricketers and commentators after an unpleasant incident occurred during the match.
Now the Australian media is saying that Travis Head and Mohammad Siraj have been found guilty of violating the code of conduct and the formal punishment of both cricketers will be announced.
On the other hand, the Australian media says that the cricketers will be fined or severely warned by the ICC, while the decision of suspension is also possible considering their past record.
