PESHAWAR: CM KPK Ali Amin Gandapur’s request for security bail has been approved by March 5.
Justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah and Justice Salah Uddin of the Peshawar High Court heard the request for security bail of Ali Amin Gandapur, the lawyer and the Advocate General Court appeared before the court, the Chief Minister could not appear in the court.
The court said, according to the law, the applicant must appear, we will give the next date but the applicant has to appear for security bail itself.
Court later approved the Chief Minister’s KPK security bail plea till March 5 and adjourned the hearing.
