QUETTA: Terrorists attacked a police mobile van resulted in martyring three police personnel and another injured, police said on Thursday.
According to police officials, personnel from the New Sariab police station were on board the van that were ambushed by terrorists in the jurisdiction of New Sariab Police Station on Mastung Road, Quetta.
The Police apprised that terrorists opened reckless fire at the personnel and fled after the attack.
The martyred personnel include a sub-inspector and two constables, said the police officials.
The martyred officers have been identified as Sub-Inspector Abdul Wali, Constable Abdul Rehman, and Constable Mukhtiar. The driver of the police mobile, Kher Baksh, sustained injuries and was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
