Islamabad: Federal Minister for Health Syed Mustafa Kamal on Monday, today, presided a review meeting regarding progress on bar coding of medicines, mobile app and back up data system.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Obaidullah Malik, Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP), briefed the meeting over ongoing measures.
The meeting was urged implementation on the system further impressive and transparent so that on the directions of the premier ensuring people could be provided standard and safe medicines.
Secretary Health, additional secretary, Director General Ministry of health were also attended the meeting.
On the other hand, a delegation representing Aziza Naheed dental college led by Rizwan Chatha also called on the Health Minister.
The meet-up discussed standard of the dental education and improvement in its regulation.
Secretary Health, Additional Secretary, President, Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC), DG Ministry health and Dr Farah Mazhar were also in attendance.
