Pakistan guarantees minorities right to exercising religion, their protection: CM Sindh

Karachi: Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah has said that observing a minority three days before the independence day in Pakistan proves that every citizen should get a guarantee of exercising right of religion and protection.

Addressing the Sindh Assembly session today, the CM Sindh said “This hall is an important part of the history as the Sindh Assembly had approved Pakistan resolution in the year 1943 and the founder of the nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had addressed the assembly in 1947.

He said that the founder of the nation had presented a vision of the running of the state on August 11, 1947.
He said that Quaid-e-Azam said that all are free to go temples, mosques and their worship places.

The CM said that it is saying of the founder of the nation that your religion, caste or whether you belong to any believe, will not matter for affairs of the state.

Murad Ali Shah highlighting the importance of Sindh said that Sindh was the first province which joined Pakistan.

Talking about Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah he said that Sindh always stood with equality and national solidarity.
