Dubai: Pakistan have announced final playing 11 against arch rival India in a high stakes showdown in Super Four round of Asia Cup 2025 today at Dubai International Stadium.
Pressure on Pakistani team has multi folded for a win against arrogant India which created a handshake controversy after winning the earlier group match of the tournament.
Hassan Nawaz and Khushdil Shah have been dropped from the today’s squad.On the other hand Hussain Talat and Fahim Asharaf will replace the duo.
Owing to Saim Ayub bowling talent he has not be removed from the team despite three ducks in the last matches.
It is likely that his bating position can be changed in the today’s match.
Whereas he will assist spinners Abrar Ahmed and Muhammad Nawaz as he has taken six wickets in the tournament so far.
Hussain Talat will play his first match in the current Asia Cup 2025.
For pacers, the team will rely on Shaheen Shah Afridi and Harris Rauf.
