ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Region’s fast bowler Muhammad Musa has made history by taking a double hat-trick in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy 2024-2025.
During the final round of the tournament, held at the Diamond Cricket Ground in Islamabad, Musa delivered an outstanding performance against Peshawar, taking four wickets in four consecutive balls.
This remarkable feat marks the first double hat-trick in the Quaid-e-Azam Trophy in the past decade. Muhammad Musa accomplished this feat in Peshawar’s second innings, having previously taken five wickets in the first innings.
Thanks to Musa’s exceptional bowling, Islamabad secured a victory over Peshawar by an innings and 77 runs, bringing their campaign in the tournament to a successful close. It is worth noting that Sialkot and Karachi Blues have already advanced to the final.
