WEB DESK: The 10th edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup is set to kick off on February 7th next year. On the inaugural day, six teams will compete, including defending champions India. The tournament will span an entire month, concluding on March 8th, with 20 teams split into five groups.

From each group, the top two teams will qualify for the subsequent Super Eight stage. Pakistan and India are drawn into the same group, alongside the Netherlands, Namibia, and the USA. Pakistan’s campaign begins in Colombo against the Netherlands on February 7th. Following that, they will face the USA, India, and Namibia during the group phase.

All of Pakistan’s matches will be hosted in Sri Lanka, following the ICC’s Fusion Formula, which ensures that India-Pakistan matches are played at neutral venues for the next three years. Other groups feature notable teams such as Australia, Sri Lanka, England, West Indies, Bangladesh, South Africa, New Zealand, Afghanistan, UAE, and Canada.
