Medical officials stated that Dr. Mahnoor suffered severe wounds to her lips and nose during the assault. She has already undergone a procedure on her lips as part of her ongoing treatment plan.
Her condition is now stable, and she is scheduled for a major plastic surgery on Tuesday. Additional reconstructive surgeries are anticipated in the upcoming weeks to aid her recovery.
While her overall health has improved, her vision remains hazy, necessitating a comprehensive assessment by an ophthalmologist. Medical professionals continue to monitor her eye health closely and are managing any potential damage resulting from the attack.
