ISLAMABAD: Pakistan hosted the 46th session of the Regional Anti-Terrorism Structure (RATS) Council of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Islamabad today, concluding its tenure as the chair of the organization. The event underscores Pakistan’s dedication and active role in bolstering the SCO RATS and promoting joint initiatives to combat terrorism, separatism, and extremism.
The country also extended its congratulations to the Russian Federation for taking over the chairmanship of RATS for the upcoming term, highlighting the continued regional cooperation within the SCO framework.
