LAHORE: Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz Approves Updated School Curriculum with Focus on Artificial Intelligence
Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif of Punjab has given the green light to a revamped school curriculum, emphasizing the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) education from Class One through Twelve.
During a meeting in Lahore, she stressed the importance of establishing dedicated AI laboratories and enhancing primary education to build a strong academic base and boost digital literacy among students.
The session included an in-depth review of the Punjab Education Curriculum, Training, and Assessment Authority’s plans to modernize educational content and methods, aiming to prepare students for a technology-driven future.
