US Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman says she is heartbroken to learn of the deadly earthquake that struck southwest Pakistan on Thursday morning.
In a tweet on Thusday, she said she is flying to Islamabad tonight, and will carry withher the sincere condolences of the American people to the people of Pakistan.
