PARIS: Four people have been left injured in a stabbing rampage at a French university and a knife-wielding attacker has been arrested.
Police and firefighters were called to the University of Le Mans in France at 1.45pm today after a man with a knife is believed to have broken into the Faculty of Arts.
It is unclear what injuries the four victims have or whether they are in critical conditions or not.
Police said that a suspect has been arrested and that the attack did not appear to have been terrorism-related.
