Peshawar: Peshawar High Court (PHC) has suspended the declaration of provincial cabinet over cases against Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) leadership.
The PHC issuing notices to Chief Minister KP Mahmood Khan, provincial government and cabinet have asked their response on the notices till September 13.
The declaration regarding lodging of cases against the PDM leadership has been challenged in the PHC.
The PDM counsel argued that the step of the provincial government is illegal and insisted the court that it should be declared null and void.
