Rawalpindi: Sheikh Rashid roared that if any one has daring then let bulldoze the Lal Haveli! warning that if it happened then you will be destroyed.

The chief of Awami Muslim League (AML) Sheikh Rashid talking to media expressed his sentiments over sealing of his residence, Lal Haveli by the police and FIA.

Shiekh Rahid said”these people are thinking regarding my arrest.” While he said that he should not be teased in his elderly part of his age.

He also warned that Muree road will be shut if any thing happened to his Lal Haveli.

Earlier in the day, Sheikh Rashid has challenged the sealing of his residence Lal Haveli by the police and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in Rawalpindi bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) .

He appealed the court to deseal his home while his counsel apprised the court that the matter is under hearing in a civil court.

Before this, the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) has sealed Lal Haveli, in the wee hours of Monday.

The ETPB staff along with Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and police personnel sealed the haveli.

Officials sealed seven units of Lal Haveli while the ETPB Deputy Administrator Asif Khan led the operation.

As per the deputy administrator, Sheikh Rashid and his brother failed to provide any documents to establish ownership.
