Lahore: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Friday annulled notification of resignations of 72 PTI MNAs approved by the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and speaker NA.
The LHC Judge Justice Shahid Kareem pronounced the verdict on the petition of Riaz Fatiana and others against approval of resignations of 72 MNAs of PTI by speaker NA and the ECP.
In his order honourable Judge directed the speaker NA to hear the all the 72 MNAs of PTI and issued decision again.
The court also ordered all the MNAs of the PTI to appear before the speaker NA Raja Pervez Ashraf to withdraw their resignations.
