Islamabad: The people of Pakistan who are facing the worst inflation in the country now burdened with per unit electricity of Rs 7.50.
The basic unit of electricity has been increased from Rs 3 to Rs 7.50.
The federal cabinet for uptick in the basic tariff of electricity has approved a circulation summary. It is a suggestion apply the increase from July 1.
The government has filed appeal in the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA).
