Karachi: The Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) member of provincial assembly MPA Anthony Naveed has elected as deputy speaker of the Sindh Assembly.
As many as 111 votes casted for the PPP candiate Anthony Naveed while his opponent Rashid Khan secured 36 votes.
The Deputy Speaker also took oath of his office while the newly elected Speaker Sindh Assembly Syed Owaiz Qadir Shah administered the oath.
Naveed Anthony took the oath of office of deputy speaker Sindh Assembly in the Urdu language.
