KARACHI: In the 16th match of Pakistan Super League season 9 Quetta Gladiators beat Karachi kings by 5 wickets after an interesting match.
In the match played at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi, Quetta Gladiators captain Riley Russo won the toss and invited Karachi to bat first.
Karachi scored 165 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the scheduled 20 overs, James Vance scored 37 runs and Mohammad Nawaz scored 28 runs, Shan Masood and Hassan Ali scored 2 runs each.
Apart from this, Tim Seifert scored 21, Kieron Pollard 13 and Shoaib Malik scored 12 runs while Anwar Ali played an unbeaten innings of 25 runs.

Karachi’s target of 166 runs was achieved by Quetta Gladiators on the last ball for the loss of 5 wickets. Jason Roy played an innings of 52 runs off 31 balls, his innings included 4 sixes and 2 fours.
Apart from this, Sharafane Rutherford scored 58 runs off 31 balls with the help of 6 sixes and a four. Aqil Hussain remained unbeaten with 22 runs.
