Islamabad: Former defence minister and chief minister in the Imran khan govt, Pervez Khatak recorded his statement against Imran Khan in the 190 million pound case.
During the course of the hearing of the 190 million pound case, Pervez Khattak apprised that the matter was not in the agenda in one of cabinet meeting in the Imran Khan rule.
Pervez Khattak apprised further that other members of cabinet including him objected on the additional agenda.
The ex defence minister informed that the documents regarding amount of money were presented in enclosed envelop.
He said that approval was also taken in the cabinet meeting.
In the course of the hearing Imran Khan kept on smiling on the statement of Pervez Khattak.
Cross questioning of patwari of Bani Gala Islamabad was also completed.
Azam Khan and Zubaida Jalal didn’t appear before the court.
The court prorogued the case till July 13
