Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday disposed the release petition of the PTI leader Sanam Javed after declaring her arrest illegal.
The judge of the IHC, Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the release petition of Sanam Javed.
The attorney general of Pakistan has ensured the court the PTI leader will not be arrested in any other case.
Justice Mian Gul Hassan Aurangzeb remarked that he has witnessed that Sanam Javed used highly inapropriate language.
The honourable judge questioned the petitioner counsel do you give gurantee that she will not talk inappropriately any more ?
The counsel replied that she will not do such things again.
