Islamabad: ATC has extended Asad Qaiser’s interim bail in Sangjani rally vandalism case.
Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Abul Hasanat Zul-Qarnain heard the vandalism case against Asad Qaiser during Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Singjani rally during which lawyer Ayesha Khalid filed a request for exemption from Asad Qaiser’s attendance.
Ayesha Khalid said, Asad Qaiser’s health is unwell, attached a medical certificate with the request for exemption from attendance.
The court granted Asad Qaiser’s immunity plea and extended his interim bail till January 7.
