Continues use of garlic decreases blood sugar and cholesterol

A Chinese research has revealed that continues use of garlic as a powder, oil and with other ingredients and using it as a normal vegetable and fruit decreases blood sugar.

With a research it is found that no triglycerides reduce with the use of garlic. Actually triglycerides is a fat existing in the blood and its increase in the blood can cause many medical problems.

According to the experts anti-viral allicin, anti-bacterial, anti fungus substances exist in the garlic which not only helpful for decreasing blood sugar in the diabetic patients but also keep bad cholesterol under control.

Hence, the use of garlic can be benefited for many medical advantages.
