ISLAMABAD: The hearing for the review petition filed in the case related to reserved seats has been adjourned until May 19.
The hearing of the review petition filed in the case concerning reserved seats in Supreme Court has been postponed until May 19.
During the session, Faisal Siddiqui, the lawyer for the Sunni Etehad Council, requested the court to postponed the hearing from the rostrum. He has been granted time to submit a response.
He stated that, the notice was not received during the first hearing, and by the second hearing, chaos had erupted.
Faisal Siddiqui also raised an objection to the 11-member constitutional bench and requested a two-day extension to file a written objection.
Today, representatives from the Election Commission, including Sardar Bashir, and PML-N’s lawyer Haris Azmat, also appeared before the court.
