Islamabad: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation will visit Pakistan on May 14 to finalize budget for the financial year 2025-2026.
The IMF delegation will stay in Pakistan till May 22 while it will joint Pakistan financial team to finalize budget for fiscal year 2025-2026.
Sources said that the Gross Domestic Product size target to be set at Rs 1,30,000 billion. On the other hand
Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) target has been suggested to be set at Rs 14,200, billion.
Sources said that the FBR target has been set at 11 percent of the GDP while the revenue target of the FBR has been set and it shared its data with the IMF.
