Rawalpindi: list of more than 100 gifts received by PTI founder Imran Khan as Prime Minister was presented in the court.
Tosha Khana 2 case was heard in Adiala Jail against PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi, Special Judge Central Shahrukh Ajmand heard the case, Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi appeared before the court. Barrister Gohar, Salman Akram Raja and Faisal Chaudhary were also present in the court on the occasion of hearing.
During the hearing, the statement of Section Officer Benjamin of the Cabinet Division was recorded, Arshad Tabriz, the lawyer of Bushra Bibi, partially cross-examined the witness, which will be completed at the next hearing. Safdar will also cross-examine the witness.
In connection with Tosha Khana 2 case, the list of 108 gifts received by PTI founder Imran Khan as Prime Minister was presented to the court.
Later, the court adjourned the Tosha Khana 2 case against former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi till January 2.
