WEB DESK: Renowned TikToker Dania Shah and her husband Hakeem Shehzad were injured in a horrific car accident that resulted in at least one fatality, reports said Friday.
According to reports, Dania and her husband were on Thursday traveling with their team when a motorcycle hit their car. The motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries while the woman on the bike was provided medical aid.
“The motorcyclist was speeding in the wrong direction and crashed into our vehicle,” reports quoted Shehzad as saying.
“My driver was behind the wheel, with my cameraman and other employees also present in the car,” he added.
The severity of the crash could be determined through extensive damage to Shehzad’s car, pictures and videos of which have flooded social media.
Shehzad also confirmed reports of suffering a head injury and losing consciousness at the time of the accident. “I have still not recovered from the trauma,” he said and denied allegations of drunk driving.
“My driver was in control of the vehicle, and I am still in shock,” he said.
He further confirmed that his wife was completely safe and expressed his intention to financially support the deceased’s family and children, stating, “I will do whatever I can to help the victim’s family and children.”
Dania married Shehzad in July 2024. Previously, she was married to renowned scholar Aamir Liaquat, who passed away in June 2022
