During the ongoing D8 Summit in Egypt, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif engaged in pivotal discussions with key leaders, including Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Iranian President Masoud Al-Mezkiyan.
Meetings focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation and addressing regional challenges, underscoring the importance of unity and collaboration among D8 member states.
In the Prime Minister’s meeting with Turkish President, the two leaders emphasised on further development of economic relations to achieve the bilateral trade target of 5 billion dollars.
President Erdogan emphasised the need to work together to promote regional peace and stability.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also invited the Turkish President to visit Pakistan.
