According to the Pakistan Railways authorities, the train service for domestic routes has been suspended indefinitely.
Train services from Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan, to various domestic destinations have now been suspended for four consecutive days.
The railway officials also stated that the repair of the railway track in the Kachhi district will take place after security clearance.
The decision was made following safety assessments in light of recent incident that raised concerns about the safety of railway operations in the area.
