Islamabad: Supreme Court on Thursday today set cases of May 9th, 2023 for hearing.
Appeal against not giving physical remand to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and ex-governor Punjab, Umar Sarfaraz Cheema has been set for hearing on April 14.
A hearing on bail petition of another PTI leader Senator Aijaz Chaudhry will be held on April 15.
Whereas ex-speaker National Assembly (NA) Asad Qaiser filed appeal on the rejection of bail is set to hear on the same day.
The caretaker government had filed an appeal for cancellation of Asad Qaiser bail back in 2023.
A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Yahya Afridi will conduct the hearing.
The bench will also hear bail rejections appeals of dozens of the PTI activists and leaders.
